Refund & Return Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

Products sold by Gadget Trend can be returned or exchanged within **3 days** of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect, incorrect product specification delivery, or damaged shipment arrival.

2. Eligible Conditions for Return

To qualify for a valid exchange or refund, the returned product must satisfy all the following terms:

  • The item must be unused, un-tampered, and in its **original brand packaging**.
  • All tags, user manuals, warranty certificates, accessories, and free promotional components must be present.
  • You must provide the original digital invoice, receipt, or matching **Serial Number (S/N)** registration proof.

3. Return Procedure

Returning a purchase is simple. Follow this step-by-step procedure:

Our diagnostics engineers will review product photos, description, and serial number.

Step 03

Ship Back

Ship back via standard courier or drop at the nearest Gadget Trend store.

4. Payment Refund Timeline

Once the return has been inspected and approved, refunds are processed within **7 to 10 working days**. Credit/Debit card refunds will appear on your banking statement, while Mobile Financial Service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) refunds are credited instantly upon settlement.

5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Physical damage, liquid contact, cosmetic marks, or cracks caused by improper customer assembly or operations.
  • Software installation issues, system virus infection, or custom operating system modification.
  • "Change of mind" requests after the product packaging seal has been broken or used.
